Very intelligent way of getting money out of people with long term subscriptions. Obviously they don’t believe you could find somebody in a month or two on their site. Don’t bother paying.

I paid for premium membership and, not happy with the results under cooling off period like every other business does, but not this I contacted customer service they said they can cancel but I still have to pay then $485 something for remaining 2years, mind you Ian only a day old in this game. They won’t refund me and continue to charge me, I am considering legal help

If I could give it a minus star rating I would. This is the worst site for profiles and impossible to cancel on a phone, can only cancel on a laptop. Don’t go there people.

It uses trickery to get to you sign. My friend and I received contact from the same ?fake profile within minutes of using the app. Then surprise surprise, you can’t see the messages without signing up. Then they have the 3 day cancellation period which does not apply to Australia but it does not state that….the way it’s worded makes it seem like it only applies if you are a user in the United states. Help.

I cancelled auto renewal in March. They took automatic renewal in May and will only refund half the money. They are a con. I did not authorize a payment in May as I’d cancelled 2 months earlier. Also matches were in accurate and very few. Terrible service. Don’t use them.

Fake matches who are too good to be true and you don’t hear from them anyway or they ghost you. Fake matches who are trying to rip you off. Don’t waste you’re time or money.

To say the women on here are straight out rude is an understatement. Been on other sites and haven’t struck it. The matches are just horrible. I canceled after 2 days but unfortunately locked into 12 months. An absolute waste of time and money.

I sign up . Keep sending messages away. I can see the other members read the message and online but never get a reply. Call support to cancel they advised it too late

Very poor quality matches and locked into contracts . I’ve never had a dating app refuse to cancel your subscription when you are not happy with their service. They’re custom service is appalling and just an tells you to “ widen your search area “ . I would not advise anyone to use this service. You are wasting your money and time .

This dating site auto renewed my subscription to a 12 month subscription with out confirmation costing me $716. This dating site is a money making scam. Be very careful and I am struggling to get my money back

Unable to cancel contact, thought I was paying month to month, however they refused to let me cancel within a few days. I emailed them and they agreed to cancel however then a month later I noticed that they were still taking out payments. Now they are demanding $250. besides the monitory aspect of this app, it is a very poor quality app it works not very well with messaging, it’s buggy, the selection of people is very poor as it doesn’t have a widely used platform. Being a 26-year-old male there was only around six people my age in the platform and I live in a busy and populous suburb and part of New South Wales. I have sent multiple emails explaining this however they are not interested. This bunch of con artist work by their marketing on television and on social media, however it is a very poor platform to look for a relationship much more recommended would be a platform like hinge. Especially for younger adults.
