Anyone with an account can review a platform listed on this site. These are the rules. They are short on purpose.
Write about your own experience
Review platforms you have actually used. First-hand experience is the only thing that makes a review worth reading — not what you heard, not what you read elsewhere.
Be specific
The most useful reviews answer concrete questions. What did you pay, and for what? Did the people replying seem real? What happened when your credits ran out? Did support answer, and how long did it take? Could you cancel?
“It’s a scam” tells the next person nothing. “I bought 100 credits for $50, sent 20 messages, got three replies that all stopped mid-conversation” tells them a great deal.
Do not include personal information
No names, photographs, phone numbers, email addresses, profile links or locations of other users — not even someone you believe scammed you. Report that to us privately instead. Criticise the company, not an individual.
No promotion
Do not review a platform you work for, own, or earn commission from. Do not use a review to advertise a competitor. Do not post the same review from several accounts.
What happens to your review
Every review is read by a person before it appears, usually within a couple of days. We check it against the rules above, and nothing else. Being negative, angry or badly spelled will not get your review rejected.
If part of a review has to be removed — a phone number, someone’s name — we remove that part and mark it. We do not rewrite your words.
If your review is rejected
We will tell you which rule it fell foul of, and you are welcome to edit and resubmit.
Changing or deleting your review
Circumstances change. If a platform resolved your complaint, you can update your review and the score recalculates automatically. Contact us to edit or remove anything you have posted.
If a company contacts you
Platforms sometimes approach reviewers directly asking them to take a review down, occasionally with an offer attached. You are free to update your review if your experience genuinely changed. If you are being pressured or threatened, forward it to us — we want to know, and we have published such approaches before.
