Not a good experience at all.

Not a good experience at all. They took my $29.95 from my visa account and then declined any services that I was told came with the payment ..messages and chat etc. .. I tried calling their help line several times only to get put on hold for 30-45 mins. No answer. Their help web site is a dead end.Then they deleted my account after I posted to others why I could not respond to their messages. I plan on sending my visa statement to our attorney general.
